Ian Zimmerman serves as the Operations Manager at Jupiter Advanced Dentistry, working alongside Dr. Elizabeth Bacha and the team to help create an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.
With a diverse professional background spanning leadership, healthcare, hospitality, outreach, and service in the U.S. Air Force, Ian brings a people-first approach to practice operations. He focuses on strengthening the systems behind the scenes—from the patient experience and team workflows to business operations, community relationships, and practice growth.
Ian believes that great healthcare starts with genuine human connection. Whether helping solve a problem for a patient, supporting the dental team, or finding a better way to do something, his goal is to make every interaction with Jupiter Advanced Dentistry feel personal, organized, and welcoming.
Outside the office, Ian is a father of two who enjoys cooking, mountain biking, football, video games, and anything that gets the adrenaline going. Naturally curious and always looking for the next challenge, he’s just as happy learning something new as he is finding his next adventure.

She began her career in New Jersey before moving to Florida 14 years ago. Now a resident of Port St. Lucie, she is excited to continue helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles.
Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in communications and an associate degree in applied science in dental hygiene. Known for her warm, compassionate approach, she enjoys getting to know patients of all ages and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable, heard, and cared for.
Outside the office, Karen enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling, and boating. She loves spending time with her husband, Mark, her family and friends, and their beloved Cavapoo, Ginger.

Meet Shelby, our dedicated and compassionate dental assistant. Shelby brings over 17 years of dental assisting experience and has been with the office for 1 year. She earned her Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and Expanded Functions Certification after graduating from Lincoln College of Technology. Known for her efficiency and attention to detail, Shelby skillfully assists with a wide range of procedures from general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and implants. She also maintains strict sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for every patient.
Shelby’s greatest joy is making patients feel at ease in the dental chair. She excels at building rapport with nervous patients and takes time to explain each step of a procedure. Her kind and reassuring nature helps transform anxious feelings into a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.

Meet Amanda Bacha, Dr. Bacha’s daughter!
Amanda is currently working as a dental assistant with the goal of becoming a dentist one day. Her passion for dentistry blossomed through hands-on learning and her love for art, allowing her to blend precision and creativity in patient care.
With a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Amanda discovered her love for connecting with patients but found her true calling in the close-knit, transformative world of dentistry.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida and her Master of Dental Science from Nova Southeastern University, Amanda began working as a dental assistant in 2024. She’s excited to continue growing in the field and looks forward to a bright future — saving one tooth at a time!
Fun Fact: Amanda was a proud member of the UCF Marching Knights and loved the adrenaline rush of performing in large stadiums!
